Meanwhile, I have read carefully the following page on Eclipse web site: Eclipse 3.1 - New and Noteworthy and I have installed Eclipse 3.1 on my PC. This is a summary of what is new in Eclipse 3.1. You can also read section 3 of my new PowerPoint presentation on Eclipse 3.1 (which will be updated frequently). |

![]() | Eclipse 3.1 has been released on June 28, 2005 and is available for download on Eclipse web site, one year after the 3.0 version. It includes a full support of Java 5.0 and an improved version of Eclipse Rich Client Platform (RCP). I will update my Eclipse installations ASAP. |
