Arnaud Bonneville a animé une conférence et un workshop au dernier forum ITIL 2007. Cet événement, qui a eu lieu du 21 au 24 mai 2007 à l'Hôtel Concorde Lafayette à Paris, était tout particulièrement dédié aux DSI et responsable ITIL des entreprises. |
Le titre de la conférence est "Fondamentaux de la gestion de configuration et de la CMDB".
Le titre du workshop est "Une approche pragmatique de la mise en oeuvre d'une CMDB".

Last Thursday I had the chance to attend a Webinar about quality in projects (see my note on Webinars). Like the other sessions, more than 60 people were attending the event, but this time the teacher used the full power of the webinar tool and animated a very interactive session, by asking questions, doing online polls and making exercises.
