I needed to prepare a project schedule for some room refreshments in my flat. In order to avoid purchasing Microsoft Project for this spot operation, I decided to search for a free project management software. And then I found Open Workbench. As the features of this tool are really interesting and closer to PMI standards and the PMP methodology, I have decided to dedicate a full article in our website on the subject. |

Je viens de parcourir le site PM Toolbox, mis à jour régulièrement, et qui contient des ressources et des informations à destination des chefs de projet. Il est certes moins complet que son grand frère en anglais AllPM, mais il est intéressant à parcourir.

Dans mon article sur la sélection de fournisseurs, j'ai détaillé de manière assez précise les premières étapes (rédaction de l'appel d'offres, RFP, lecture et notation des offres...)
Sur mon projet actuel, je me rends compte qu'il y a lieu d'améliorer un peu la méthode, et de compléter un peu ce qui se passe en phase finale, surtout quand on est en présence de fournisseurs agressifs qui veulent emporter le marché !
Je complèterai mon article à l'occasion, mais je vous livre mes dernières réflexions sur le sujet.
