Arnaud Bonneville a anim&#233; une conf&#233;rence et un workshop au dernier forum ITIL 2007. Cet &#233;v&#233;nement, qui a eu lieu du 21 au 24 mai 2007 &#224; l'H&#244;tel Concorde Lafayette &#224; Paris, &#233;tait tout particuli&#232;rement d&#233;di&#233; aux DSI et responsable ITIL des entreprises.


Le titre de la conf&#233;rence est "Fondamentaux de la gestion de configuration et de la CMDB".
Le titre du workshop est "Une approche pragmatique de la mise en oeuvre d'une CMDB".
