14 August 1995

Serge Baccou and Arnaud Bonneville set up Séa Informatique. The company provides services for the installation of LAN and WAN networks, training services and software development to a variety of organizations.

December 1999

The company changes business model and goes from being a value-added reseller (VAR) to a consulting firm.

June 2005

After 10 years, Séa Informatique rebrands itselfs as Baccou Bonneville. Baccou Bonneville provides consulting and project management services in the areas of information technology and software engineering.

December 2006

Baccou Bonneville launches its new corporate identity, with a new brand "baccou bonneville consultants" and a new logo.

December 2010

Baccou Bonneville moves headquarters to 75 boulevard Haussmann, downtown Paris.

June 2011

Baccou Bonneville publishes its new website and presents its range of services in IT Continuity, IT Service Management, Program Management and Interim Management.
