Arnaud Bonneville, 37, has been Managing Director of our company ever since it was set up in 1995. He graduated from Sciences Po College and from the EM Strasbourg Business School, certified in ITIL Foundation v2 in 2007, ITIL v3 in 2009 and PMP® in 2005. Today, he oversees the IT Service Management and Program Management service offerings of Baccou Bonneville Consultants. His vast professional experience has provided him with a great blend of skills that now contribute to our clients' success.
Arnaud's enthusiasm and outstanding people and communication skills are key in change management. Always keeping the users' experience in mind, he makes it a point to involve IT and business users early on to ensure strong contacts and smoother roll-outs.
