Interim Management started in the 1970s in the Netherlands.

Our interim managers are there to meet a need for management in an IT organization, usually to launch a transition or lead an organization through change. Interim Management may be required in a crisis or when carrying out highly strategic projects, increasing the profitability of production tools or dealing with sustained growth.

Our managers can help you in the following situations:

  • Substitution

    Our interim managers are fully operational on short notice to fill in for a manager after a sudden departure, leave, sabbatical or simply when the manager in place is not up to the job. Interim managers take over long enough to recruit and train a new manager.

  • Restructuring

    To overcome resistance to change, an interim manager may be in a better position to ease in a new organization.

  • Crisis Management

    In an emergency situation, a company may need an experienced manager to handle an unusual situation. For instance, they may manage a major IT incident, a geographical disaster or a crisis with high external visibility (e.g. in the media).

  • Strategic project

    A project with high business visibility, a transformation or merger project may require a manager to carry the project and also to lead the project team and report to Upper Management.


Project / Programme Management

Baccou Bonneville Consultants is a competency center that offers a variety of profiles to define and manage major transformation programs.

These major programs are usually launched by the CIO, the Head of IS Applications Development or the Head of IT Operations / CTO. They have an extensive area of action and require specific kills, in terms of management relations and communications as well as monitoring. Our consultants fulfill their Program Management assignments in compliance with the PMI standard for program and project management. All our Program Manager consultants are PMP certified and asoon to be PgMP certified.
